Scouting & Player Development
Player evaluation and video analysis to support talent development and scouting decisions.
During my work at GOKIXX, I provided video analysis, feedback and performance reports for several academy and professional players, including youth national team players. My work focused on individual performance evaluation and development feedback.
The players I worked with were primarily from professional club academies in Germany (U14–U19 age groups), as well as young professionals competing up to the 2. Bundesliga level. In addition, I scouted players both live at stadiums and through online video platforms, identifying new talents who could potentially join the GOKIXX Academy and benefit from the program.
