Scouting Internship

I completed an internship in the scouting department of Rosenborg Ballklub from Norway. During this period, I was actively involved in the scouting process through both video analysis and live match observation.
My responsibilities included reporting and analyzing players based on data. I gained valuable insight into the club’s organizational structure, sports strategy, and game model. The work was conducted in collaboration with the technical staff, and my reports contributed to both short- and long-term recruitment planning for the first team.
